I am a Senior Research Scientist (DR2) at INRIA, and project leader for the Maverick research team, a team of INRIA Grenoble-Rhône-Alpes and LJK.

In the past, I've also been working in the following places:

Research

I have been working mostly on illumination simulation. In the recent past, I have made some contributions on Frequency Analysis of Light Transport.
I'm also working on better materials for rendering: whether it is sub-surface scattering, or the smooth transition between geometry and materials.
I am also working on smooth texture advection, as well as real-time ray-tracing.
